The Designer II will be responsible for the completion and the review of site plans, floor plans, and building elevations that meet the requirements of Real Estate and Construction Departments as set forth by the Operations Team. This role will assist outside consultants in the development of the buildings to ensure the accurate execution of the plans.

The Director of Construction Services & Pre-Development plays a strategic leadership role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the pre-development phase of Dutch Bros new shop openings and renovation projects. The role strategically bridges between real estate site approval and field construction start/execution, ensuring Dutch Bros Development goals for project timelines, budgets and quality are achieved.
The Fixed Asset and Projects Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the processing and reconciliation of all fixed assets and capital related projects for Dutch Bros accurately and timely.
This position is responsible for roasting & packaging all Dutch Bros coffee offerings , ensuring the final product upholds Dutch Bros standard of quality. Additionally, this role will be charged with utilizing warehouse equipment and machinery to move, stack, and pack pallets of products ready to be shipped while being responsible for ensuring the roasting facility is clean and organized.
Reporting to the CAO, the Director of Consolidations and Reporting is responsible for leading the company’s corporate consolidations and internal reporting process. This role will also partner with other teams in the Finance organization to identify and drive long term reporting improvements and automation initiatives.
The Area Facilities Manager (AFM) is an entry-level, field-based role responsible for supporting 30–50 shops by ensuring operational excellence, executing departmental initiatives (such as GlacierGrid, bee mitigation, and QR asset tagging), and conducting shop visits and 1-year warranty walks. The AFM plays a key role in new operator training, DBOA responsibilities, punch walks, and providing actionable feedback to Design and Construction for continuous improvement.
As the Facilities Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential administrative and project management support to assigned projects. Your responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating the smooth execution of project tasks. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong administrative and project management skills to contribute to the success of our projects.
The Facilities Coordinator supports Field Operations by facilitating the initiation, adjustment, or termination of utilities and planned maintenance services. This role is responsible for all communication and administration in support of the Facilities team. They monitor and respond to inquiries, work requests, and other initiatives involving facilities management. The Facilities Coordinator works closely with other teams and key stakeholders to accomplish functional objectives.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees and guiding the day-to-day operational activities of the accounts payable functions. Maintains and reconciles the accounts payable ledger to validate charges and ensure accurate and timely payments.
